Dave Martin1 StarTerrible business practice! Do NOT let someone without mechanical knowledge take their vehicle there! They were to look into two issues with my (very high mileage) car. After having the car 41 minutes I got a text with their “diagnosis”. Numerous pictures of everything “supposedly” wrong with the car. Of the many things they were “recommending” to be fixed were… #1. The struts were supposedly shot … NO! #2. Power steering needed to be flushed… whatever. #3. Transmission needed flushed… had just 19,000 miles since last flush and manufacturer’s recommendation is 60,000 miles. #4. Transmission lines needed replaced because of leakage per attached picture…. The line had some residue which attracted dirt, wasn’t even a drip from it. #5. Oil pan gasket needed replaced because of leakage per attached picture…. Again no drip or sign of leakage that would require replacement. This car is parked in the same spot in our driveway every day and has no evidence of leakage, not a single drip in our driveway. Heaven forbid a car owner, who isn’t familiar with auto repair, takes their car there for repair to find that this shop is looking for ANYTHING that they can replace, trying to take advantage of people. I used to take a vehicle there for regular oil changes 6-7 years ago but quit going there because they tried to replace the same part TWICE! Terrible business! THUMBS DOWN!Tuesday 22nd March 2022
