I took my car in because of a progressive rattling noise, which turned out to be an issue with my rear brakes. Ken and co. were extremely thorough and kept me informed about everything the entire time. Further, they are extremely conscientious about their service and customer satisfaction. I’m so grateful I found them! I will return for maintenance/any issues I may have in the future.

Have been a Krafftkare customer for nearly 30 years - the service is exceptional. Staff is friendly, informative, and willing to take the extra step to make the service call more enjoyable. Currently, I have several vehicles that are maintained by Krafftkare and have referred friends to this location. My car broke down and I was randomly taken to this mechanic. I was freezing and they brought me a heater. When it became evident that my car cannot be repaired, they offered to keep it until it could be towed off the lot. It has been a long time since I ran into a family-owned business that knows how to treat people. I will contact Krafftkare in the future for all of my Automotive needs. I never one time felt they were trying to pull one over on me. Because of that, they have a customer for life.
