The guys were courteous and prompt but $62.90??? The dealership costs $35 and other places maybe $40 tops, I'm just glad it wasn't my truck or I would've never stopped.

Went there a couple of days ago for a full service oil change. Right out the bat the technician tells me that he can't fill up my tires because my "Valve cores are old and are leaking air" He tells me that I need to get that looked over immediately. Well..I just recently purchased new tires and when they put them on, they fit the tires with new valve stems with cores. But...to be on the safe side, after the visit I did run the car to Discount, only to confirm that the tires were not leaking. So Strike one! Next, I observed two gentlemen under my hood yanking and tugging at my air filter box. Both men were tugging and pulling so hard that my car was shaking. After about 10 minutes of messing with my air filter box, another technician comes and helps the other two men finally get my filter out. After about another 5 minutes and with the help of a flash light.....They finally get my hood closed. After i drove off, I pulled over to look and low and behold...My air filter box was not put in correctly. There was about an inch gap were the filter should be sitting. So I immediately fixed it myself. STRIKE 2!! After giving me my bill it showed that I had multiple oil leaks coming from the driver side axel seal. So... I will give them credit that there was an issue from the axel but it was not oil and it wasn't the seal. It was actually the rubber boot from the assembly that had busted and had grease coming out. So I wont call strike three, but a instead a foul tip. Lastly, while I was sitting in the service bay waiting on my full service to be completed. You could hear the employees cursing and yelling in the waiting room. Apparently someone was really mad about how some people bust their behinds and others don't. I can understand that, but with customers present, they should really watch their language. So STRIKE 3 I highly recommend that if you're looking for a quality oil change to stay far away from this business. Do yourself a favor and go give your money to someone else locally that knows what they are doing and cares about customer satisfaction. This will be my last experience ever at this place of business.

I went in for a BASIC oil change with synthetic oil for a 4-cyclinder economy car. They never talked to me or asked questions. They had me pull in and started working on it. They charged me $81.97 which included a $33 oil filter without explaining why. They just took my credit my card before presenting me with the receipt. I usually only pay $9 for an oil filter. I do not recommend any female going to this establishment. I have plenty of male friends who use this place and never have a problem. Meanwhile, this is the second time I've had a problem and thought they had improved because of my male friends' experiences. A good shop should ALWAYS tell you they are about to install some exotic filter that cost over 3 times as much as a normal filter.
