I've come to this place several times in the past and received excellent service. However, my last visit was for an oil change on my new car. I was asked if I had been there before to which I responded yes. I assumed that meant they would see the services I had done before. I waited while the oil change was done. I was called to pay and the oil change was $88. I asked what did they do to the car? The cashier responded they used premium oil. I was not asked what oil I wanted and if I was asked I would have chosen the cheapest oil. When I confronted the service person he was rude and condescending saying, "You don't want bad oil in your new car." I told him that was my choice to make. He rudely dismissed me with a shrug of the shoulders and a sorry. When I called management they dismissed my claim saying that I was not telling the truth. I told him to look at my records and see if I ever paid $88 for an oil change. He noted that I have always rejected the premium oil and paid $44. He still would not take responsibility for what happened. It was fully a situation of taking advantage of a woman getting service done on her car. I will not be going back here.

Kwik Kar went above and beyond to help me! Riley is the most helpful and compassionate young man! He assessed my situation and did everything he could to quickly and professionally fix my car. It’s a blessing to our community to have such a great place to take care of our vehicles. It has been my go to place for 5 years, and I’ve never been disappointed! Thank you Riley and Kwik Kar!!!
