John Rochester1 StarI had the worst customer service there that I have ever had. I left my elderly mom's (newer) lawn mower with them and asked them to do whatever they needed to do to fix it. A few weeks later I called them to see if it was done (they originally said about a week). They had no idea who I was on the phone, but said they were waiting on a part, meanwhile my mom's lawn continued to grow. A week later I went in to see if the part had come in and to go ahead and grab the lawn mower if it had not. The gal behind the counter told me they had fixed it and that it would be eighty bucks. I asked her what had been wrong with it and why no one had called me. She said they had called, but that they were busy. There was lawn mower parts all over the waiting room and it was hard to walk and BTW no one ever called me! I went ahead and paid her and took the lawn mower home. It worked for five seconds and then stopped. I also noticed some kind of screw lose in the engine, which rattled around. I believe the ladies dad had begun to fix it, but then when I showed up she just decided to give it to me (maybe bad communication between her and her). I brought the mower back and asked them to make sure it was all the way fixed, which they told me on the phone they would do. When I got there I told her about the lose screw or rattling piece. She began to swear at me and told me to get out of her shop. She accused me of sabotaging the lawn mower that they had fixed. It was a legitimately crazy and lunatic experience. No one should ever go there! I later took the lawn mower to a gentlemen in Vancouver and he fixed it for $40.00 and it ran perfectly.Wednesday 4th August 2021
