Small and honest! They keep it simple and don’t try to over price or tell you things that are broken when they really aren’t. I took my Camry to the Toyota dealership and needed $3,000 worth of repairs and took the paper that was given to me explaining all the issues and they were able to save me 2k and explained everything to me as well!
