They came highly recommended by a new car dealership and a local resident. I went there with confidence that I would get fair service. The owner Chris was HOSTILE fresh out of the box! I wondered if I said something but this started immediately. The man did not want my business and that was without any provocation, dead on arrival. His response to what I wrote above is this "I gave you a price for the job, you didn't like the price. How is that hostile?" I did not object to the price at all. Your attitude began at the start before you mentioned a price. We didn't talk long. I never said no or presented you with any objection at all to your price. I think the price was reasonable. I don't write reviews in order to hurt a business. Especially a small local business. It must take a lot to get it started, build a customer base, and build a good reputation. I assume you have employees. I don't need to contribute to them losing any income caused by a review from me. My hat is off to you for that and I wish you well. Today you failed with something as simple as courtesy. I'm a big burly guy and I don't look for smiley over polite faces when I do business. I do know contempt when I see it. I wish you could have seen yourself. Your response, what you wrote is exactly in line with your behavior.

I have had 330 oil changes over 39 years with this company they have been professional everytime and probably 70 tire rotations -- L and M have prevented many problems. If you want honest mechanics use L and M.

I've had well over 100 different exhaust systems done and these guys by far are the most professional. Great customer service and super easy to deal with you just have to drop it off and it's done the same day.
