My jeep Cherokee broke down over Thanksgiving weekend while we were traveling to Georgia. Polo was very honest and professional throughout the process. He was able to find a great price on an engine and put it in for us the next week. He went beyond expectations to assist us and work within our time frame

Our car broke down on our way home from vacation. It was Labor Day, so almost everything in town was closed. We got a tow to this shop. Polo, the shop owner, took a look at our car and told us exactly what needed to be done. Unfortunately, he wasn't able to get the part that day due to the holiday. Both auto rental shops in town were closed, so we had to wait several hours for a ride to come pick us up. Polo opened his office to us and made us as comfortable as possible. He even surprised us by bringing us something to eat! He had the car fixed the next day, and was very accommodating with our arrangements to come back and pick up our vehicle. He charged a very reasonable rate for the repair. I can't speak highly enough of Polo and his shop and what a blessing they were to us when we were in a bad situation. I highly recommend Lake City Auto Repair for their expertise and professionalism!
