My Audi broke down on a long road trip. I am so glad Lance's Automotive was close by. We left our car behind and they took care of it from there. They arranged a tow, diagnosed the issue, ordered parts and did the repair, all while communicating with me. They stayed late a few nights to get my repairs done in time for me to make the 700 mile trip back to get my car and return my rental car. They met me after hours on a friday night to pick up my car. They even had it running so it would warm for me. When they gave me the bill it was much less than they originally quoted . They were able to shop around for parts and passed that savings alone to me. If you are in Cleveland Miss. and need your car repaired, this is your place! Thanks again for the great service.

Michael and his wife are super nice, Christian people. He’s done work on three different vehicles I’ve owned. I was always shocked to pay less than expected., because of quotes others gave me for same work.

I will be taking my car here and here only from now on. I was priced 1k at another shop (corporate by the way). My dad just had Covid pneumonia and I'm a full time student, even working two jobs I just cut by on a normal week. Not only was I not charged, but was given excellent service and was treated with kindness and professionalism. I will reccomend this shop to anyone who asks. If you ask me, this is the best and only place to take your vehicle to. Also if you're a Delta State student you get a discount!
