I LOVE this place! The staff treat their customers like family, which is especially gracious considering what I’m going through when my car needs work. I find myself most often arriving to LaPointe via tow truck ☹️ They really go above and beyond to service your vehicle in a timely manner and at as low a cost as possible. It’s very difficult for me to trust anyone with my car since the untimely death of my husband. LaPointe, however, puts me at ease. I am so grateful to live close enough to the shop that I can walk to pick up my car when it’s ready, and they always keep me in the loop as far as my vehicle’s status goes. I’m also grateful that my mother introduced me to LaPointe during my adolescence, being the only shop she trusted with her car’s needs.
