Robert did an amazing job. Got me in real quick and got my vehicle back up and running. Great price too! Will be back if I need any other repairs.

Took my 2002 blazer in, was running rough and bouncy. Robert told me he could get it in the same day. I had called multiple shops across town with a weeks wait list. Diagnosed it with needing a tune up and got her back on the road the next day. Very friendly guy and up front on repairs. His pricing was honest and suggested other shops that would give me the best deal for just an oil change. Happy with the service, price and turn around time. Oh and my blazer is running like a champ again!!

My son and I took his truck chevy silverado 2500hd 4x4 to Robert and he diagnosed that we had a problem with our transfer case and he gave us the best results. He's a very nice and generous man and I would recommend him to anyone that I know needs help. Thanks Robert my son and I appreciate it. Thanks again Monica and Dylan Dietz.

Our truck's speedometer went crazy and we were having trouble gaining and maintaining speed. After we replaced our speed sensor and the problem continued, we looked around New Braunfels for a mechanic that might be able to take a look and help us troubleshoot the issue. We found Legacy Transmissions, drove up, and found Robert working on another vehicle. He was so friendly, asked us what was going on, and said to wait a few minutes in his office while he finished up. He came in and discussed what could be the problem, test drove the vehicle and it was driving just fine. Because he couldn't recreate the issue, he spent about half an hour telling us all the ways we could troubleshoot and repair the problem ourselves if it happened again down the road, explaining different possibilities for what could be causing the problem. He was genuinely kind, wouldn't accept any payment for the diagnostic, and said he just hoped folks would treat his family the same way if they broke down out of town. If you're looking for a mechanic that will treat you kindly, Robert is the guy, and he definitely knows his stuff. We have a whole list of ways to troubleshoot our own vehicle now, thanks to him. Meeting Robert was totally by chance, and we feel so lucky that we did. If you're having car problems in New Braunfels, TX, give him a call!
