They have excellent communication using up to date technology that has in-depth explanation and pictures of the needed service, allows you to click to agree to fix or not. This expedites the ordering parts and provides a record of the repairs. This shop was by far the BEST auto repair shop I have ever used! They are professional, efficient, VERY informative, honest people who went above & beyond and absolute life savers! They replaced my motor & more. They took the time to answer any questions I had & everything was done in record timing! My car(s) will never be fixed anywhere else every again? Good people! I took my 100% electric 2013 Nissan Leaf to them because of prior great reviews, and they diagnosed (as I had suspected) a broken heater for the cabin. They ordered a new part on my request and had it in short order. Although they needed the car for a few days, they left me a good Prius loaner car that minimized disruption to my daily life (especially since I'm a hour away). They did the work for a fair price and the heater has worked great - especially important for the unusually cold winter days we've had here in eastern Mass. this winter. I also appreciate they could do advanced diagnostics for my electric car and share them with secured online reports that include their diagnostic data and photos. Bravo, Leon & Sons!
