I have been going here for a few years now and always enjoy the service. Gregorio is super kind and makes you feel comfortable. Any issue I have with my car I know I can always take it here to get the best deal without sacrificing quality. Even after moving to a new town, I only trust them with my car!

Don’t waste your time here. There are a ton of better options in the area that can provide better services. There was an issue with the work they did on my car and then they refused to acknowledge the error and wouldn’t look at the car again. Then it was just a flurry of insults from Gregorio and Daniel claiming that I don’t know what I’m talking about and that my car was defective. It doesn’t take a genius to figure out that a car shouldn’t shake when they trying to accelerate. I’m not a professional mechanic, but I guess neither are these guys. Save yourself the headaches and verbal abuse and go somewhere else.

I came to this shop on a recommendation with the intention to carry out a routine 60k mile service (spark plugs, air filter, cabin filter, etc). They offered a pick up/drop off service which was convenient. Upon receiving my car, the next day I took it out for a drive and I noticed something was not right with how it ran. It started “jumping” when I accelerated, a few miles later the check engine light flickered, and now it’s a solid check engine light. I called the mechanic Gregorio, explained to him what was happening and was immediately met with a defensive demeanor implying that whatever is going on is not related. I brought my car back the following morning (at my own demand, he didn’t offer this). I also had a conversation with his brother Daniel, explained the same situation and was then accused of bringing them a defective vehicle and implying that I was the one trying to scam them for free repairs since I was so persistent with my claims. They ultimately ran the “machine” for error codes and suddenly my car has 4 errors. Please keep in mind, this car is a 2017 with 60k miles and never before serviced outside of the dealership. This shop refuses to take ownership, refuses to even double check their work, refuses to fix the problem. As a woman, they played right into the stereotypical taking advantage of a female customer. To make matters worse and top off the situation, when I was in the shop they decided to show me what they did but first they closed the garage door because it’s “cold” and turned on/off (idk which it was) the “open” sign. I don’t know these people, I don’t know their intentions, and somehow I’m problematic? As a result of vocalizing that I was not comfortable with this situation they promptly opened the garage door, removed my car, and said THEY could not work under these circumstances. The interesting thing is he offered a refund and I declined because I want my car fix but now I will be following up to ask for a full refund. Will keep you updated on how that goes....
