B G5 StarI highly recommend this auto shop! I was looking to buy a used car and needed a nearby, reliable shop to inspect the car for me. I found Little Falls Auto based on amazing reviews online; I fully agree with all the 5-star reviews!! Little Falls Auto is honest and very helpful. They even gave me a ride to and from the nearby Starbucks while I waited for them to work on my car! I will definitely be using them again.Wednesday 9th February 2022

They get the job done and they tell me the work I need done to be able to drive safely as well as the work I should do for maintenance. I have never felt pressure to do it all the work at once. Celli Cel5 StarMy rims were cracked and I couldn’t drive anymore. I literally pulled in because I couldn’t go any farther with the state of my tires. I was immediately met by one of the guys who helped me and they didn’t turn me away because I didn’t have an appointment but instead told me they will get it taken care of. Mike Trainor (Trainman1986)5 StarAmazing service performed by Gary and his team. My car had rough idling and it turned out to be spark plugs that needed to be replaced. I made an appointment and got in right as the shop opened. With previous experiences, I was anticipating my car not being ready until the next day at earliest and dreading the worst (i tend to have bad luck with car issues)
Why I’m giving these guys 5 stars (and they deserve more) are because of the professionalism and quality of the service. I got three phone calls from Pat about updates and they got me out by 2:30 PM so I didn’t have to cancel a doctor appointment. My car has been running great ever since. They also replaced a few lights which had burnt out for me.
While no one wants to ever have annoying car issues, these guys absolutely crushed it and did an awesome job.
Thanks Gary and team for the awesome service! If I ever have issues again I will be back.Monday 10th January 2022
