The last time I dropped my car off here, they asked if I had a ride, and I responded that I was calling an Uber. After letting them know I lived close by, they offered to give me a ride!

Justin Estes5 StarMade an appointment online, as a new customer it didn't register any of my information, but when I arrived they were friendly, attentive, and got me all set up for a basic repair service. Embarrassed to say I can't change my own Turn Signal light bulb in a modern Vehicle. My street mechanic skills are Average/OK, but taking apart the whole front end of my Ford Escape just for one light was more than I expected. LONG'S Car Care took care of it with ease, on time, and very quick/easy in and out experience.
