There was a lot of things going on the day I was there both inside and out. The employees worked well together to help all the customers out. I appreciate the kindness to all the customers as I sat in the waiting room for my car. When checking out, I was told in detail what was done and what future things I should be aware of on my car. Well done!

This USED to be a great place to take your vehicle. I'm just astounded at the price and service now. I've sent many family/friends here and they've had bad experiences as well. I told them to change a wheel bearing, that's it. Not to check if its bad, not to do a full inspection of the vehicle. Change the wheel bearing. I also was adamant that I had to have the car back the same day. It wasn't the same day, as a matter of fact, the next morning I went to pick it up and nothing I asked to be done was done and I had to pay a 99 dollar diagnostic charge. I was charged for them to tell me exactly what I told them to change when I made the appointment. On top of the ludicrous part mark up that came with my statement. I'm very disappointed in this garage in the last year or so. I'll never bring my car back nor will I recommend anyone else go there anymore.

I have gone to Lonsbury for multiple oil changes and a couple minor repairs. They have always been honest about their services and pricing. One of my favorite features is the report they give you after receiving a service. The online invoice has notes about the other systems that they checked and if they say something needs attention they upload a picture to show proof of their findings. They have always been honest with me and treated me with respect. I recommend them to any of friends who are in need of automotive services.
