I absolutely love this place, Bob the man who runs this place is amazing customer service. And the mechanics in the shop work so hard and always do such an amazing job on my car. I have yet to go there and feel like I've paid too much or my needs weren't met. This place always goes above and beyond and I will never go to another mechanic as long as they are around

Whenever I've needed work done on my car they are VERY friendly, courteous and will explain things where (me) common folk can understand. With all the years of family and now myself using their services, I would HIGHLY recommend them. They have always been honest with me. I remember couple years ago had them work on my car. I asked the mechanic if it was himself would he take the car on long trip to Florida? He said he would. So we did and when we returned I made a special visit to thank that mechanic and thanked him for his honesty with me. I would/do reccomend their services to anyone in need of good work done on their car. They are a LONG STANDING, ESTABLISHED business on the Eastside of Kalamazoo. Would rather use them verses going to dealership or elsewhere. Long Live A GOOD HONEST BUSINESS LIKE "LOWDER'S AUTOMOTIVE "
