I had a bad experience here. The employee in the shop was very rude to me when I asked certain questions about the car at pickup . I do not think they are as skilled as they claim to be. After reading some other reviews, I see that I have had the same experience as some other people. - Took 2 & 1/2 weeks for a job they claimed only takes a "couple days" -The work was not done correctly. I had to take my car to a different mechanic 3 days after pickup. Just to fix the steering problem they "claimed" to fix. -Way overpriced for unfinished work. Would not recommend

They said it would be done in 2 WEEKS. It was a simple oil change and fix a fender. Every week I called and they said “tomorrow or next week it will be done” I gave them $700 upfront and also paid for the parts myself. They kept my car for 4 MONTHS. I had to spend money on Uber everyday and had to miss work because I had no transportation. They told me that it’s not their issue with the timing. I explained that communication goes a long way and if I knew it was gonna take 4 MONTHS, “I would have went to another place”. I came up there 3 times, and called every other day within those months and they kept saying next week or tomorrow. On top of that they still tried to overcharge. The family disregard others time and money and will say anything for you to get their business.
