I really liked that they were willing to look at my car quickly and didn't try to hype up the damages on me to inflate the bill. Very honest in my opinion. Nice tech, nice job.

Liz and her crew in Salem were great!! Liz went over all my options in fixing the air conditioning on my 2010 Honda CRV. She explained things clearly and in a way i could understand. There was no pressure to go the more expensive route, it just made sense to, and it came with a 1 year warranty. despite the busyness of the shop she was kind and courteous to every customer. i have used Mac's radiator in Portland as well, and would not hesitate to use their services again. thanks for a cool running AC!!

The entire experience was friendly and professional. My options were explained clearly and pricing agreed in advance of repairs. In fact, the final total came in under the estimate and I was able to pick up my vehicle several hours before my quoted time. I will recommend Mac's to my friends.
