Lucas5 StarI went here for just an oil change and to have them check out a piece of trim under my car that was coming off. Even though I only paid for the oil change service, they did a thorough inspection of my car and gave me a full report with recommendations AND pictures. Plus they fixed the aforementioned trim issue for free. Absolute top notch transparency and professionalism. Had an oil leak develop on the freeway while traveling between Tucson and Phoenix at the end of the business day and he got us in and out with no BS. They replaced the faulty O-ring on the built-in oil filter canister, added new oil / filter and cleaned up the mess underneath. In and out in less than an hour. Other shops were unable to accomodate our traveling emergency. Mac's gave us a very professional and pleasant experience.
