When someone gets the same tire/brand that they use on their family car. To me, it shows the care and thought put into the service.
I got an oil change, new tire, alignment done, and also made sure my spare was good to go..

Tom Landgraf5 StarBrought our Forester in to have head gaskets and the oil pan gasket replaced. Made in Japan did a great job, (though the repair took a bit longer than expected, due to a delay at the 3rd party machine shop.)
