MJ Croston1 StarCalled last night with a broken down work truck, said they would be coming over in 45 mins & to text the address. Texted the address and asked for a reply if it was received after not hearing anything for an hour. No reply ever came, and didn’t ever show up! If they didn’t want the job they could have just said no thanks, instead of saying they would be there in 45 mins. We could have found someone else instead of waiting all evening and giving them the benefit of the doubt. Being that we’re also business owners, it’s quite unprofessional of course to do this to any potential customer.Monday 28th March 2022
