I highly recommend this business! Our car wouldn't start and we had it towed there around 9 am. Graves the owner found that we needed a new starter and called me back around 9:30. He was cordial, knowledgeable and to the point. I asked him to go ahead with the repair. He called back later and recommended we have several other services done: tires rotated, oil changed, cabin filter changed, state inspection done. These needed to be done. He had it all finished by 4:30 the same day. He showed me the bad parts taken out which I appreciated.

I took my car to have the oil changed. While picking up the car I was informed that owner/mechanic, Graves, put the wrong oil in my car. I asked that he please correct the issue and put the correct oil in the car to which he responded that I was wrong and he has been working on motors for 40 years and that he put the oil he felt was necessary in the car, though he admitted it was not what the car called for. I explained to him that I did not feel like it was appropriate to pay for the service I wasn’t satisfied with, considering I will have to take my vehicle elsewhere to receive a proper oil change, but that I would go ahead and pay. I handed him my credit card, which he slid and then cancelled the sale, and then he proceeded to throw my card back at me and tell me to go get cash because he didn’t trust me to pay with a credit card. After the police became involved he finally allowed a third party, my stepdad who showed up, to pay using his card.

Won’t pass a motorcycle state inspection if the bike has a fender eliminator. Ridiculous. Must not get any sports bikes here whatsoever.
