Maine Auto Service Coronavirus Update

Dear Customers,

We are OPEN for all your automotive service needs at all locations.

We want to assure you that we take the health and well-being of our community, customers, and employees very seriously.  Like you, we’re closely monitoring the on-going developments of the COVID-19 pandemic.  Accordingly,  we have updated our operating policies and procedures, in coordination with State and Federal CDC guidelines, to ensure everyone remains safe.  As an “Essential Business,” per the Governor’s executive order, we will continue to stay open in order to provide the valued automotive service our customers have come to expect.  We will strive to do everything in our power to avoid the spread of the virus.

Contactless Service Available:

If you would prefer to not enter the shop, you may schedule an appointment on-line or over the phone.  When you arrive, simply call to let us know you are here, and leave your keys in the vehicle.  We can discuss all your service needs over the phone, and you may pay, as needed, with a credit card.  Then, you may pick up your vehicle in our parking lot, all without having to come into the shop.  If you arrive before we open, look for the black mailbox by the front door.  You will find an envelope, on which you may leave your name, number, and vehicle information.  We will call you to discuss servicing your vehicle before any work is completed.

All of us at Maine Auto Service truly appreciate your business, and we want to thank you for your support.  We appreciate the challenges of this uncertain time, and we are happy to assist you in any way we can.  And, like you, we look forward to the day when business can return to normal for everyone.  In the mean time, we will continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation, and will follow guidance from public health officials and government agencies, so we can support our customers and communities as needed.
