The best experience I have ever had with automotive repair. The Mancinelli’s team was incredibly professional and thorough, providing customer service that left me with very high regard. I’m extremely pleased with my motor replacement, I feel as if I’m driving a whole new vehicle. The estimate was very fair and the repairs were delivered earlier then expected, with communication every step of the way. I was never in the dark on anything, and as someone who knows little about cars, this was very important to me. A neighborhood garage you can trust, I’m so happy I took my vehicle into Mancinelli’s. Steve, you were exemplary, thank you so much again for all your assistance.

I’ve been taking my car to Mancinelli’s for a couple of years and I’ve always had excellent service. They are very thorough and provide detail on repairs. Prices are fair and I know that they are going to do a great job.

Took my car for a tire repair as it was at 6 pounds & they were closest for a rescue. Told me nothing needed repair yet managed to inflate it way over capacity, along with all other tires. Had to go straight to another reputable company who not only found & repaired the leak but are aware that tire pressure is not a random thing

Service was great as was the staff. I only wondered why I drove past this place for 12 years and didn’t support them. Steve has a plan to get another 15 years out of my Toyota. A throwback to the golden age of customer service!

They were very professional and kind. I was kept informed throughout the entire process of replacing my hybrid battery.in addition, I was driven home and back by a very lovely person. The only reason I did not give them maximum stars is because they did not take my warranty insurance. Otherwise everything was great!
