Christopher Wood1 StarI called the office to schedule a prepurchase inspection of a used car. Drove 45 minutes to shop with vehicle for inspection, mechanic Tony said oh yeah they don’t know what they are doing over in the office regarding scheduling. He explained explicitly come back tomorrow at 4:15, I’ll have a lift open for you. 4:10 I arrive he explains oh no I don’t have a lift open sorry. I said you said you would have a lift open, he explained I didn’t understand. I understand I drove to shop twice without being serviced. Very dissatisfied. I spent 45 minutes each way two times.
