Martin Automotive took my old Jeep and troubleshot it and came up with the solution. When the rear-end when out they tolerated by attemp to replace with a used junkyard replacement twice. Kyle and his wife or good people that I actually enjoy paying for their services. If you need Automotive assistance give them a try.

My mother took her vehicle to Kal this morning @ 8am. Hours later, she called to check on her car and was told by his wife that she only needed a battery. My sister called a couple hours after that to confirm. Kal called my mother and told her he didn't appreciate anyone calling to check up on him. Just because she had an appointment didn't mean he would immediately start working on her car. He also said that she didn't need a starter but if she wanted to pay him all that money for nothing she could! He was very disrespectful, condescending, unprofessional, and has zero customer service skills Kal has a short temper and his business should be avoided at all cost!

Kyle was very disrespectful to my elderly mother. He was upset because she called to check on her car at 2:30, after not hearing from him since 8. I called him to be clear of the problem of her car. He called and was very rude for her checking and asking about her car. He was upset for whatever reason. My mom is 65, and just wanted her car fix.
