Anthony Brockes1 StarCame in to have the lower ball joints done. Took 3 days to do it and after that I had nothing but problems. They kept telling me replace this replace that we did then I found out their alignment rack was messed up and multiple cars were pulling to the right. They told me I needed new upper control arms I said ok they gave me a quote ended up charging 300 dollars over the quote and it still had tons of issues. After 6 visits back and forth I took it to someone else. None of the parts they replaced were torqued properly everything was lose the new mechanic told me ot was extremely unsafe and he's not sure how it didn't fall apart and I didn't have an accident. I do not recommend them. They will give you "a good deal" to gain your trust then you will end up having all sorts of problems being quoted low then charged hundreds more when you pick it up and the work is sub par. They try to push to many cars through to fast and do not give the attention to detail that could cause someone a horrible wreckTuesday 25th January 2022
