Very satisfied Customer and will recommend to friends and family. It is a small business with knowledgeable true automotive professionals. The owner is hands on and and ASE Certified Master Automobile Technician. This means you have Specialist working on your vehicle. My Hyundai Genesis was at another shop prior to Mastertech Motors. That shop although convenient from the house and Low rates. Could not find the electrical issue with my car and gave up after having it for three weeks. Only positive was not charged. Called Mastertech Motors and spoke with the owner Andy was confident and promised that they would find and fix the problem in no more than two days when I dropped car off on a Friday evening. Was called Monday before noon my car was ready for pickup. Pricing is justified for the Skilled labor force, Timely repair and Communication. Will be making Mastertech Motors my car repair service provider for all major and minor items going forth. Give them a call and a chance next time your vehicle needs service.

I had taken my 2013 Cadillac XTS to the Dealer for a routine oil change, and as is normal, they also performed an overall check of my vehicle. When they presented me with the results, I was told that I had a large leak from the Transfer Case and that it needed to be replaced. When they told me the cost for them to replace it, I decided to get a second opinion and after going online to find a repair shop near me and reading some reviews, I decided to take it to Mastertech Motors. I explained the situation to Andy, the owner, and he said they would check it out and let me know what they found. After checking it out, Andy informed me that they saw no leaks and the fluid level was good and found no problem with the transfer case that warrant replacing it. He even took the time to show me on the car what areas they had checked so I could see for myself what they saw. They also performed a complete vehicle inspection and recommended some routine maintenance items, that had also been recommended by the dealer. So, I also had them take care of them. I was very satisfied with the service provided. Andy and his employees were very professional, knowledgeable, and customer focus. I even received a text from Andy to check to see how things were going with my car. I appreciated Andy's honesty. Taking my car to Mastertech Motors was one of the best decisions I made and save me from an expensive repair. They will be my go-to repair shop going forward for my car repair needs.

staff was very courteous and professional from my initial contact with them to the courtesy call I received a few days after my service was completed an I had already picked up my vehicle. Staff was knowledgeable and didn't try to push service on me that I didn't need. This was my first time getting service there, but I will definitely go back. March 17th, 2022 - update I took my vehicle back to Mastertech Motors on March 15th to have brakes and another service done. Great job, great customer service, and still did not push unnecessary service on me. I'm still very impressed with them.

Andy and his team did an amazing job fixing my rear brakes! Definitely recommend and 10/10 for customer service. Appreciated the thorough explanation of everything and the turnaround time promised. Will be back for all my vehicle needs.
