Bill was a lifesaver! When our front door light switch failed, we were worried about coming home late and attempting to navigate the front steps in the dark. He responded incredibly quickly and arrived on time. He managed to get our outdoor front lights working and installed a new smart switch which will allow us to easily control on and off schedules from our cell phones. We have an old house that is not easy to bring up to date. His knowledge of both older homes and new technology was very helpful! Thank you, Bill!

Bill responded to our call right away (on a Saturday). He was here within an hour and immediately detected our problem. It happened to be a ConEd issue, but he stayed here and spoke to ConEd to make sure they came and fixed the issue. Before leaving, we talked to Bill about some other electrical problems we were experiencing that other electricians did not want to deal with and he fixed the problem within minutes!
