**Edited: Since writing my previous review, the owner of the company reached out to me and apologized for the double charge for my diagnosis and sent me a refund check. This is how customer service should be! Thank you McNeil's for taking care of your customers. I will definitely be back and recommend you to others.** I've had such a great experience with McNeil's previously, so I was a little disappointed this time to not have the same service and attention to detail. When I first dropped my vehicle off I specifically said that one of the many things that I needed done was replacement of the crankshaft position sensor. I had researched the check engine code as well as the symptoms my car was experiencing, and was confident that this was the issue. After paying for multiple repairs including the check engine inspection and a repair that the technician reported would fix the engine issues I was having (not the crankshaft position sensor as I had requested), I picked my vehicle up, drove it for 1/2 a day, and began experiencing the same issues as before (related to the crankshaft position sensor), along with the check engine light on again. I had also asked for my headlight to be replaced and it was still out. I had specifically timed my car repairs during a time when I would have a replacement vehicle to drive while my daughter was home from college for spring break, but when I got my car back she had to go back to school. So I had to wait 2 more weeks to bring my car back until I could find a loaner again. When I brought it back I was charged once again for the check engine light inspection, even though it was already done previously when I told them it needed the crankshaft sensor replaced. The technician's findings were that it did indeed need the crankshaft position sensor replaced. The headlight was also replaced again, stating that the filament was bad on the first replacement. I'm unsure why this was not tested before. The work was eventually completed and I was treated well by everyone there and appreciate their work, but it's frustrating that the original issue wasn't fixed in the first place and that I had to pay twice for the check engine light and be without my vehicle again.

You guys are the best! Thanks for taking care of me Manny, and so last minute too. Just went again today and Tyler saved me from having a day or utter craziness. He got me in/out and a loaner car. Thanks for making what could’ve been an overwhelming day to be completely manageable!
