This was the first time I've been here and I was thoroughly impressed. They were polite, fast, reasonably priced and as an added bonus they didn't try to upsell me on anything. They even filled one of my tires with air and equalized the pressure at no extra cost. This is very likely where I will be taking my vehicles from now on.

I used this shop to repair one of my vehicles. We knew what the issue was and they listened to us when we explained it. The price was affordable especially when compared to what the dealer was going to charge JUST to look at it. I’ve never gone anywhere but dealerships for all of my vehicles because I did not want to deal with potentially dishonest mechanics. Mcneil’s exceeded my expectations. I spoke with Andrew each time and he was accommodating and professional, as was the manager Manny. They were great at communicating and diagnostics/pricing was very transparent. They send you photos of what is broken/needing attention and a detailed pricing invoice prior to completing service. I appreciate this because often times I feel that mechanics are not transparent and will play up severity of issues, especially to a woman. Cost was an issue for me and I was very upfront about that before even taking my car in. After the diagnostics, Andrew advised on me what items I could complete at a later date to stay within my budget for the time being. It was reassuring to know and see exactly what was needing attention and be able to make an informed decision. I will be taking my other vehicles in if they ever need service. I would recommend this shop to everyone.

McNeil's Autocare is great! They diagnosed the problem with my car quickly and figured out how to save me $600 by finding an alternate fix. Highly recommended!

I've been using McNeil's for over 10 years, and they have cared for my family's "fleet" of vehicles over those years with genuine care and concern that you just don't get at most shops. They walk you through the issues and scenarios using "layman terms" that make the process of assessing your vehicle's needs so much easier. Their professionalism and knowledge is above the rest. They treat you like a individual, and not like a "sale." Their goal is that you leave their shop assured and confident in the work that has been done on your vehicle. And should something not seem right, they will do all they can go correct the issue. They will not take advantage of you. They treat you like family. They know your vehicle. And they will make you comfortable with their top notch service. The two gentlemen up front(Manny & Andrew) are so very personable. You'll feel comfortable and confident with McNeil's. Take your car to McNeil's for the health of your vehicle.
