This shop is full of good people, i talked to 3-4 different through the course of my diagnosis and repair and they were all super friendly and helpful. My repair ended up taking longer than i was told and they offered me a loaner to use while they waited for parts to come in and finish mine up. I will be going there for any future vehicle issues i have.

I have never had a problem with Mears I get both of my cars serviced here. They never try to up sale and for the most part, pick out services that can be postponed. Recently replaced an inside door handle on my BMW and looks great.

I have been to numerous car repair shops and I am by far more impressed with Mear's knowledgeable team, incredible customer service and fair prices than anywhere else I've been. They did an inspection on my car and gave me a quote. They searched to find used parts, cut down on service costs, and put a lot of time and effort into trying to make the repair affordable enough, but to no fault of theirs, was still a total loss. I went in to pay the inspection fee and they were so kind and empathetic, and ended up telling me it was on them! Excellent customer service and I didn't even end up giving them a dime. I will totally be back with any repairs on my new car needed in the future because their team was so incredibly helpful and kind.
