My daughter was in Cincinnati, from out of town, to watch the Super Bowl and had her catalytic converter stolen while there. Jim, Truman, and Doug at Meineke on Colerain Ave. were CHAMPS when it came to taking care of my daughter's situation! They were very thorough, informative, and professional throughout the process. They have earned a future returning customer - and we will travel the 2 hours to receive their service again!

Mr Truman helped me. I came in around 830am 12/18z He was very honest, funny, and caring. I can’t thinking I needed a battery. Quoted $250+. Dave checked it out and found out it wasn’t my battery. Only my cables and terminal. $65 total with tax and my car was up and moving as normal. 10/10 would recommend. I don’t know anything about cars. They could have easily charged me for battery. Instead they were honest and made sure to only fix what I needed. Great guys. And the very nice customer that was in there paid for my service. And told me to pay it forward. Great experience overall. I was in there for less than an hour and they set me up to have a great day. My day has been made. Thank you all so much!

Everyone I talked to was helpful and polite. This is by far the best customer service experience I’ve ever had. They even accept a payment plan, which is helpful for when you’re low on cash. This was my first visit and I will probably be returning for any service I may need in the future.

Went in on a Saturday around 8:00am, (without an appointment) and still got serviced. They were very thorough, explained and showed me what needed to be done. A little pricey, but did a good job.
