I brought in my Jeep to see if there was an issue with the muffler because the Jeep was loud. It turns out that the dealer that sold us the Jeep had cut off the Catalytic Converter and welded a straight pipe into its place. The dealer had also gone to great lengths to crack open the dash and put a piece of black tape over the check engine light (on the inside) to hide the missing cat. I spoke with Frank and he was kind, very knowledgeable and very honest. Frank took his time to explain their findings to my fiancé and myself. Our technician Tom did great work! They were also done I'm a super efficient time range!! Way ahead of what we expected. This will be the only shop that I bring my cars to for repairs!! I cannot say enough good things about all the times we have dealt with them and left the shop very happy!! They exceed expectations every single time!! Thank God for this shop!!
