We came in for a basic oil change and we worked with Steve it was honestly one of the best customer service experiences my husband and I have had especially when dealing with our vehicle he did the oil change but also checked to see what else we needed, and let us know what other work the car needs without pressuring us to sign up to do it all right then and there. He also took the time to explain to us what everything was and what all of our options were for whenever we’re ready to get it all done. He also went out of his way to bring all the kids in the office some candy to keep them happy and turned on a movie for them to watch. I don’t usually bother leaving reviews but they deserve to know what a good job they did even for such a basic service that they really didn’t even make that much to do. I wish more people understood the value of good customer service like that.

Took my Cherokee in to replace the thermostat. Was called and told the repair would cost $1200 as they had to remove the intake manifold-which they do not have to remove-when I picked up the vehicle, the revised estimate was $995. I declined the repair and took it elsewhere and had the repair completed for $295. When asked which estimating software they use, they stated all car and Mitchell. Both systems do not state intake has to be removed for the repair. Do better!!!!!

Front rotors were replaced and not installed to manufacture specifications. My vehicle was dropped on the rack three times. My hub covers were broken along with a leaf pack rubber grommet. It’s been over a month and haven’t heard from Mike or any other representative about replacing my items. My toolbox was dented. The mechanic was beating it out with a hammer and sprayed it with white paint. Still waiting to hear from Mike.

I NEVER write reviews for anything but I hope that someone reads this whole deciding where to go , I'm sure for newer cars with a simple fix people are going to give good reviews. [I came in for an oil change] I am positive that this place took advantage of me I came in with my 2 babies I had gotten a ride and left my vehicle and was explained that they would do a diagnostic and call me when my car is ready. They called me back about a couple hours later and told me that there was so many urgent things wrong with my car he gave me a list and told me I could set up a payment plan it was for $2,300 . They still decided to change my oil though after they test drove my car it was still knocking and they decided to put the code reader (after I paid!!!) At the very end they told me my air sensor was messed up. My car never made it home I had to get it towed back from the freeway the air sensor was the main problem and some of the things on the list but I came to find out that to get those things fixed cost less than half of the price they gave me parts included . They took advantage of me and please don't respond that you want me to reach out or that you care because I spoke with someone and they didn't care ! They knew it was dangerous to drive my car home and seen I had 2 kids and just let it be. The oil change was a waste of money .
