I highly recommend Meineke. They were very kind, polite and quick. Very reasonable prices too. They also pulled my car right next to the door and turned the heat on so I wouldn’t get into a cold car. Made me feel like a queen lolll good guys.

This is a great team! Today was for inspection of brakes and fuel filter but I've used them before for tires and alignments, oil changes and several other jobs. They are knowledgeable, professional, efficient and friendly....and I TRUST them, which is a huge thing in this business.

I had to wait for 3 days to get just check the condition of my vehicle. But when they worked, they called me and explained clearly. I asked to repair in AM phone call, and I was able to pick up my vehicle in the early PM.

Scheduled an appointment 2 weeks in advanced and dropped vehicle for appointment the night before. We were have a muffler and exhaust replaced. Muffler was a "no show" on Wednesday the day of our appointment. We have 2 vehicles and shuffled to one car..why no one checked to make sure the muffler was there before the appointment is beyond me. Common sense is to make sure you have for the job...if not then call customer to reschedule!! Will not be returning. Also found when reading reviews that they do "walk in" services.. Parking lot was full of cars at 5pm. No or very little outdoor lighting at night. Couldn't hardly see building in the dark to drop off car. Lot also has NO lighting...hmm..safety??

I had a brand new, in box, never installed on a car, set of Enkei wheels on which I just needed my new tires mounted and balanced. I brought everything they needed, and was offered the "fit-in" service that meant they'd get to it when they could at the end of the day. That was perfect for me, and I was happy to wait as long as they needed. Brand new wheels, still in the box. Brand new tires, still with the stickers. Price was not an issue, time was not an issue. When I went to pick up my mounted and balanced wheels and tires, all four wheels had scars inside the barrel from the tech not waiting for the balancing machine to spin down. Those scars come from using a metal tool to stop the wheel spinning, instead of waiting the mere seconds for the momentum to dissipate. Just laziness. That's all it is, and now I know how they get down. Who knows what corners they cut elsewhere. "That's unavoidable! That's just part of the balancing process!" I've hear it all before. It's not; proper shops don't do that. Proper techs don't do that. That's just laziness, and a lack of respect for the customer.
