Getting two tires and an alignment was a little more expensive than I’d like. However, the manager, Blake, was super nice and very understanding of my situation. Probably the nicest person I’ve ever experienced from any car shop. I would definitely recommend going to Meineke in Belleville, IL!

Alan and Blake were amazing as well as the rest of the Meineke team. I was beyond impressed. Not only with how fast they got my car done, but also with the outstanding customer service and attention to detail. I will only be taking my care to Meinike on north belt from now on!

I had a flat and I can’t change a tire. They helped me as a walk in and the service manager was AMAZING!!! I was stressed about the situation but he made me feel so relaxed by just talking to me. There is a Meineke in my small town but I will definitely go back to this Belleville location!! Thank you!!

Honestly, I get it we all get tired of being screwed over especially when it comes to mechanical work on our vehicles that typically are not cheap repairs, but that’s what happens when you own a vehicle! And the last few times I have brought my vehicle to Meineke and their manager Marc was there every time! Called last night and brought it in this morning needing a diagnosis for my engine light flashing and engine knocking within 20 minutes they resolved the issue and had everything sent to me! Picked it up before they closed and it’s running great and tbh for a reasonable price!!! (I know many mechanics that priced this service) truth is I don’t understand where any negative reviews are coming from! Other than sure maybe your a little busy at times or something comes up that sets you back! And hey! It happens! But overall the quality is great and that is what matters! Thank you meineke! I truly appreciate your hard work for keeping me up and running!

Had oiled changed. Made an appointment and was taken care of promptly. The service and people were great. Was disappointed there wasn’t a lube service for my 3/4 ton cargo van. Probably won’t use the service again due to that.
