These days mechanics are telling you that they can’t take your car appointment for 2 weeks out. Not this place. Omar told me to bring it in right away and he would get the inspection done the next day. Just like he promised he called me with the results. Once they agreed to the work they started on it within the next couple of days. He is very thorough and helpful when explaining the repairs. When I went to pick up the car he was very professional living room and customer focused. I will definitely go to him again with any repairs needed and will recommend him to everyone I know seeking A good reputable mechanic.

First time here and had a great interaction with Bailey who works the counter. She was friendly and knowledgeable. I made an appointment online which was a breeze to do. Once they took my car in back they did a inspection besides my oil change and came across a few things I might wanna get done in future. Inspection even came with pictures. I didn't have time to get the other things done and they weren't pushy about it at all. Overall a great first experience.

I had my truck since Friday 03/18/22. I was told they would get to my truck on Monday. I did not received a call on Monday about my truck. I called and they told me they have not inspected my truck yet. I told them it's a business truck and that I needed it. I just pickup my truck on Wednesday afternoon with nothing done. This is the second time Meineke done this. Bad service. I been an old customer when it was Robert Frame. I did not have any problems with Robert Frame. Great service at that time.

I went to another shop and the mechanic butchered my car, and overcharged me. My cousin told me about Roberts/ Meineke, and I trust his word. They didn’t disappoint me. They repaired my car for a reasonable price, and showed me what my last mechanic did. The service was good, and the atmosphere was friendly. I’ll definitely be going back!!

From the initial phone call to the time I picked up my truck the customer service was great! I was so happy that they were able to do the alignment on my truck! The guys that work there have a great sense of humor! It felt like family interacting with the staff!
