WELL NOTHING REALLY HAPPENED. I FOUND OUT AFTER THE FACT THAT WE DROVE TO TEXAS IN GOOD FAITH THAT CAR WAS TAKEN CARE AND SERVICES DONE. WHAT A BIG SURPRISE THAT AFTER WE ARRIVED LESS THAN 1,000 MILES WENT TO HAVE THE CAR CHECKED OUT THERE TO A VALVOLINE SHOP AND WHEN THEY STARTED DRAIN THE OIL….. “IT WAS LIKE THE DARKEST COLOR THAT I EVER SEES THIS BLACK , NEVER SEEING BEFORE, SO I ASKED THE TECHNICIAN WHAT HAPPENED WITH THIS OIL AND THAT COLOR? WE JUST CAME FROM COLORADO AND LESS THAN 1,000 MILES DRIVING, THIS OILS COLOR IT SHOULD’T BE LIKE THAT COMING OUT, NO WAY?? SO HE SAID: SIR, GO BACK AND ASK THEM IN COLORADO. SO I LEFT, CAME BACK AND WENT TO MEINEKE, SPOKE WITH RECEPTIONIST, EXPLAINED WHAT HAPPENED? SHE SAID: I DON’T KNOW, YOU RIGHT IT SHOULDN’T BE LIKE THAT, BUT I DON’T KNOW. I ASKED SEVERAL TIMES, SAME ANSWER. I WAS DISSATISFIED, DISAPPOINTED BY HER RESPONSE, SO MY LAST ATTEMPT WAS: CAN YOU PLEASE CHECK WITH SOMEONE HERE PLEASE(I ALWAYS ASK PLEASE AND THANK ALL)SHE SAID:BUT THE OTHER PERSON IS ON BREAK? NOT A GREAT ANSWER, SO I SAID: CAN YOU PLEASE FIND OUT AND CALL ME OR SOMEBODY? THANK YOU AND I LEFT THEIR OFFICE. NO CALLS WHATSOEVER AND STILL WAITING FOR THE RIGHT ANSWER AND SOLUTIONS TO THIS. WE PAID $74.48 ON: 2-12-22 AND CAME BACK TO COLORADO. IT WILL BE 1 WEEK AFTER THAT I VISITED THEIR SHOP HERE IN FORT COLLINS, COLORADO AT S. MASON ST. STILL WAITING AND NOTHING. Rey G

Had a pinion seal leaking at my differential leavening oil spots wherever I parked. No Bueno 😖. Not an emergency. But definitely an annoyance. They were able to get me in just a couple days out from Christmas! Repairs were completed within a couple hours. And no more oil drips!
