Watch out for Emily and Will! By far one of the worst experiences with an auto shop! Spent around $1800 in labor and parts for them to replace parts that didn’t need replaced and put a little dielectric grease on my bad wiring to get me out of the shop. Then my car stops running for the same issue 3 weeks later costing me another $1700 to get it fixed by a reliable shop. This is a franchise so no way to get anyone to help with any issues. Will claims to fix his vehicles to his best ability and that is a little grease on a bad wiring problem. Save your self the stress and money and go to a reliable shop with good customer service!

Had my wife take her dodge grand caravan in for a oil leak. Got quoted for a rack and pinion and oil pan gasket. Once the van comes back there is a loud poping when turning the steering wheel.we called them to have it looked at again because this problem was not there before. We were told they can't see us for another week. They tell us it's is the struts making the noise. Decided to take the van elseware to get looked at. The new place told us they should have never even replaced the rack and pinion because it did not need it laughed when we told them it was our struts. We decided to have it fixed else we're. We went to pick it up at the new place we're they show us a video of the rack and pinion not installed right from meineke. Do NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE AND WASTE YOUR MONEY. THEY CHANGE STUFF THAT DONT NEED TO BE FIXED AND WHEN YOU CALL theM OUT ON IT THEY BLAME ANOTHER PROBLEM THATS NOT EVEN THE PROBLEM. HIGHWAY ROBBERY!!!
