Randy went above and beyond to make sure I was not only getting the best price he could give me but also that I knew exactly what they were fixing … I told him I was suppose to be traveling out of town soon to pick up my daughter… and he said when we return to swing in and he would double check that all the new parts were doing what they should be doing… also this cost was ….even with all the coupons and codes …. way beyond anything I expected over the holidays. They had a solution for that as well; and offer a credit program that allows you to pay everything in full with no interest —as long as you pay in full within six months of the service!! Christmas wasn’t ruined by my unforeseen break issue after all … And now I can feel safe driving out of state to bring my daughter home for the holidays!! The place I normally go to said had said “I’m sorry we just can’t get you in.” But…. Randy and his team made it happen. I think they had a little bit of the Christmas Spirit in their hearts … another guest in the lobby said … no… this is how they are …all year round… she said that is why ,”I drive here from Westfield!!!” So …. Needless to say … any future services they can perform; I will be a returning customer. If you haven’t been? I recommend them highly … no nonsense… straight forward … good people that take care of you & your car…. It still exists folks!!! 10/10
