Meineke on the south side (or any location really) has me as a customer forever. They have excellent customer service, the employees there actually explain to you what’s going on with your vehicle and how they’ll be going about solving the issue. Love this place and the people! 10/10 recommend.

Well I don't like it when I have to leave a bad comment about a place of business. But this would be the first . $731.00 to change an ignition lock cylinder on a Ford Focus . Talking about taking advantage of a young college student. Not Very nice Guys !! So I drove 2 hours one way and trailered it home. Got the part and installed it in 20 minutes. Easy Job !! Anybody could've done it .

The team at Meineke is great! Excellent customer service. Had a bit of a delay as the part delivered was wrong and had to be resent, but otherwise excellent service.
