Staff was friendly. They worked us in and fixed our car quickly to help us get back on the road. They explained the issues and gave us their opinion on what needed to be fixed right away to keep us safe on the road, as well as what could wait until our trip was finished. They gave us a quote for cost and then looked for ways to save us money by looking for rebates. The finished cost came in cheaper than the quote.

Said they performed diagnostic. They only offered a receipt for payment and wrote on the receipt the codes which is 3rd class at best. Charged $140 for service which is outrageous considering other real mechanic shops. Offered a $1300 dollar tune up charge which is criminal considering parts would have been under $300. Would not recommend.

They have free/very inexpensive towing service available depending on distance from the location of the shop. I sent my vehicle in with one evening with all of the parts necessary for the work ( install a full catalytic converter system) and the work was completed by noon the following day for even less than I was expecting to pay. Everyone I spoke with was courteous and professional.

I was told I needed a new ac kit. I spent 1k and it does not work properly. They were very condescending when I said I expected it to work after spending that kind of money. Not worth the money! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!
