I want to thank all the staff at Meineke, for the great customer service I received at their shop. I went in for a regular oil change and tire rotation (part of their package) because I was having , I thought was maybe an oil issue or tire issue. But lucky for me Nolan the tech while rotating the tires found out that my drivers side tire was pretty much about to break off!!! So he spoke Renee the owner and they were able to get the parts I need. Thank you ,Jose one of the other techs dropped me and my daughter off at home as a customer curiosity, so we wouldn’t have to wait at the shop all day. Renee was wonderful, she kept me updated on the car, and When I picked it up, she added some coupons to help bring the total down. My car did need a new wire that had been pinched during the repair, but Renee ordered the part and said it was no cost to me, and the work would be taken care of right away once the part arrived. The part came in very fast and my car was taken care of. Thank you so much for providing excellent customer service . I really recommend this shop. The only thing that is a problem is parking, but that is nothing to do with the shop, they are connected to an auto collision shop, so not a lot of space. I will be back for my next oil change later in the year. Thank you all for all the great customer service you provide. Bonus * They normally have some discount coupons online.

Very knowledgeable, helpful and most of all honest. I appreciate the fact that that fixed what needed fixing and didn’t try to sell me on a lot of other services. They are also very reasonably priced. I will definitely return for any other car services. Thank you for you help guys 🤩

My first experience with Meineke. I was able to make an appointment for an oil change the next day. The front desk receptionist was very personable and efficient. I had a little trouble with the logistics of their parking lot. It will be easier next time! My oil service was quick and the guys were friendly. Based on how today went - would be happy to be a repeat customer.

Checked the oil level and checked the new oil filter when I got home. Everything looked good. Windshield wiper fluid was topped off. Price was very reasonable. I will go back.

I brought my car to Meineke to have the brakes looked at and was very pleased that they found the issue to be only a rotor repair on my front brakes and did not need new brake pads. I also had an oil change. I was happy that I wasn’t upsold on any unnecessary services, the repairs solved the issue with my car, all at a reasonable price and completed same day. Will definitely return!
