The experience was mostly a positive one. Angie was very, very friendly and helpful with information. The car moves smoothly. Happy with the servicing. The only improvement is, that I was called that the car was finished 30 minutes before closing. After I paid and was given the keys, I asked where the car was. The guy just pointed and I misunderstood and walked all the way down the lane and it was getting dark. Finally someone came out of the garage and I asked where could my car be. I looked around and couldn't see it at all. He told where it could be. And it was.. It was way over in a corner, you could barely see it. That was very upsetting to me. It should have been in the first parking area instead of the second and back in the corner for a lone female to get to. If it had not been for that, I would have given a definite 5 stars!
