The guy at the front counter was very polite and friendly. The mechanic, Taylor, did an excellent job recommending what service would suit my needs then taking care of the oil change for me. I will definitely be recommending others as well as going back myself.

Came here and was told my car would need $3000 in repairs, which is very hefty. I asked them for their honest opinion if it was worth fixing, they assured me it was. After $3000 I noticed my cars check engine light was still on. A few months later I try to get my car inspected, well it’s not passing emissions and I’m told it will be another $3500 to get it repaired and that the car is worth $1500 at most. In other words, they told me to go ahead and finance $3000 on a car that they didn’t even confirm could pass inspection after the repairs were done

This establishment in Manchester Connecticut gets 5 stars. The sales person was very informative and knowledgeable of all of the services that they offered. The mechanic was very helpful and honest. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality work, they made me feel like I was dealing with friends in their field of expertise. Thanks again for helping my daughter and myself with both of our automobiles.

I had put my car in this shop located in Manchester, CT after an accident. We have spoken to get the Vehicle new parts and fix it to standard operations. These guys scam me with old parts, charged me $300 for one rim and gave me used and damaged rim. When I took the car out I didn’t noticed so the next day I went back and now they have given me more excuses instead of addressing the issue. The area manager Art Staples gave me the run around for three weeks just to say “it is what it is”. I am very disappointed in their professionalism and their dishonestly. I hope you guys don’t fall in the same Scenario . Wish there was a negative star.
