I took my car because it overheated and there was noise coming from my tires. John was very helpful. They did diagnostics on it. Called me in two hours with results and issues. With my approval to move forward my car was ready for pick up in 1.5 hours. Awesome

I made my appointment online for 8 am and they were 15 minutes behind which wasn't to bad. While I was waiting a previous customer came back complaining about how their car wasn't fixed properly and he was yelling and Joel stayed very professional while talking to him and try to help him out and get his car looked at again but the environment felt very hostile though but I continue to wait for my oil change. I've signed up with there points system to receive a free oil change after so many times of getting one and apparently I had enough points for a free oil change and Joel did not ask me if I wanted to use my points and ended up paying $106. After I paid for it I asked Joel how many more I need to get to for a free oil change and he said oh you could've got one now. So, I asked can I get my money back and he said oh no I can't refund you your money. He said just make sure I mentioned it the next time so I could get a free one. I'm pretty sure he knew that I was able to have a free oil change when he asked for my phone number and my information popped up on the screen. I know that they need to make sales but if you're gonna have a loyalty system for customers and I've been going there over a decade. I really think they need to honor what the customer suppose to get. If you could help me with this situation, I would highly appreciate it. Thank you.

If you don’t know how to do work on your own car these mechanic franchises will bend you over. Quoted me $1k to get a radiator put in a 07 Malibu. The part was $100, it took my uncle 1hr to complete the job. YouTube for the win 😏
