Needed a pre-purchase inspection for a vehicle I was looking to buy. They were really nice and explained everything clearly without trying to sell me anything extra, which is something I always worry about since I know next to nothing about the intricacies of cars. I would use again if I lived in the area. Still might for oil changes since it's only a little out of the way.

It is clear that as an unscheduled drop, I was an interruption to the team. I recieved a shotgun diagnosis even though I left my car for a thorough inspection. I took it to three different competitors to verify the recommendation, and not one could verify that it needed what this business recommended, nor that my van was a danger to drive (the reason I was given for taking a guess at the issue causing the brake light). These guys lived the stereotype, and exemplify why America struggles to believe what mechanics tell them. Either they were uninterested in the additional work, or just aren't very good mechanics, I couldn't tell which. I spent 1k with Firestone (5k less than your quote, and a completely different diagnosis) the next day to resolve the issue, and now my van's brakes work great! Do not waste your time here, mechanical work is too important to chance it!

This was my first time getting my oil changed here and I will 100% be coming back whenever I need my oil changed! The price for an oil change was very fair compared to other places around Beaverton. The customer service was absolutely amazing. I called seeing if I could get an appointment same day and even though they were booked he had me drop my car off. Dropped my car off at 1 and it was done by 3! I thought since they couldn’t get me an appointment it wouldn’t be done until close! Amazing business with very friendly staff. I will be coming back!
