I was quite happy how fast they got to my vehicle. I was able to drop it off around 11AM and got a call less than an hour later with an estimate of the issues. Their prices seemed very reasonable and the issues are gone so I will presume they fixed it! I have used this Meineke for 3+ years and they have been very nice -even when my son was in the hospital and I couldn't pick up my car right away. Their estimates have always been spot on. I would recommend.

Dropped off car for state inspection. It was completed as stated. I had called other places and they were weeks out to do this. It was nice to get it done quickly. The gentleman who helps on desk very professional and friendly. He was able to balance helping several people at same time. Thank you and would definitely recommend them.

Coolant hose had broken and smoke/steam was coming out from under my hood, so i pulled into the nearest auto mechanic parking lot. One of the guys quickly came out to help me, diagnosed the issue, and had it fixed by the next day. Also, I highly recommend them for state inspections, as they were able to do that in addition to the repairs. Great customer service, very friendly, and good mechanics.

I have been using this place for 13-14 years now. I have done a lot of work on my cars over the years so I know how to do the work myself. This is about the only place I trust to do work on my vehicles. I take all my cars and trucks there for inspection. I usually just wait for it. I hear them talking to other customers while I wait and they never push services on people. They are very honest with fair prices for service. I have been surprised how little the charge some customers. Other shops I never go to any more would have taken terrible advantage of them. I have never had a problem with work they have done for me. I strongly recommend my friends give them a try.
